Bio
Giulia Rodrigues is DAWN's Communications Executive Assistant. She has a bachelor's degree from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF, Brazil) with a teaching diploma in Social Sciences. Giulia has worked as a public school teacher of Sociology, a film production/editing assistant and as an Integrational Community Therapist. During her academic career, Giulia researched and made ethnographic films with different indigenous communities across Brazil. Giulia has recently completed a master's degree in Language, Culture and Formative Processes at the Federal Fluminense University, her research focus and resulting dissertation was the latest neoconservative mobilisation for the militarisation of public schools in Brazil.
