The aftermath of the WTO ministerial has left a number of questions that must be answered. We witnessed a rigged process developed without the necessary transparency and participation of state parties that led to a very narrow decision. It is with a familiar apprehension that we observe the trajectory of the pandemic treaty negotiations at the world health organization.
